I completely agree that healthcare organizations’ websites are becoming a part of the overall patient experience. We live in a digital world and a great website is not only good for providing visitors with the information they need in an easy to find and easy to understand way, I think it’s also a sign that the organization is conscious of and empathetic to their customers’ needs — and in healthcare, especially, that empathy is critical.
